2. Buyer Certification
By placing an order, the Buyer certifies and warrants the following:
- The Buyer is a qualified researcher or represents a legitimate research institution.
- The Buyer possesses the necessary laboratory equipment, safety protocols, and knowledge to handle lyophilized peptides and chemical reagents.
- The Buyer acknowledges that these products have not been safety-tested by the TGA, FDA, or any other regulatory body for human consumption.
3. Prohibition of Human Administration
Any form of human or animal administration of the products sold on this website is strictly prohibited. The Buyer agrees that any communication regarding “dosage,” “cycles,” or “human results” will result in the immediate termination of the account and refusal of future service. Noctis Labs does not provide medical advice or instructions for reconstitution for non-laboratory purposes.
4. Final Sale and Integrity Policy (No Refunds)
Due to the highly sensitive nature of lyophilized peptides and the strict requirements for temperature-controlled storage, all sales are final.
- Chain of Custody: Once a product has left our facility, the “Chain of Custody” is broken. To ensure the scientific integrity of our inventory, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any reason.
- Research Outcomes: Variations in research outcomes, equipment calibration, or reconstitution techniques are the responsibility of the researcher and do not constitute a “defective” product.
5. Shipping and Delivery Risk
All shipments are made at the Buyer’s risk. While we use discreet, professional laboratory packaging, Noctis Labs is not responsible for:
- Seizures, delays, or destruction of materials by Customs or Regulatory Authorities.
- Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but claimed as missing by the Buyer.
- Degradation of peptides due to the Buyer failing to collect the package in a timely manner.
6. Assumption of Risk and Liability
The Buyer assumes all responsibility for the storage, handling, and use of the products once they have left our facility. Noctis Labs shall not be held liable for any damages, whether compensatory, consequential, or incidental, resulting from the misuse of these products or their application in a non-research environment.
7. Compliance with Local Laws
The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the importation and possession of these research materials comply with the laws of their local jurisdiction. Noctis Labs is not responsible for items seized by customs due to the Buyer’s failure to adhere to local regulatory requirements.
8. Analytical Verification & Dispute Protocol
Noctis Labs guarantees a purity standard of >99% as verified by our internal batch testing. If a Buyer disputes the purity or identity of a compound, the following protocol must be strictly adhered to:
- Independent Verification Required: The Buyer must provide a full, unedited analysis report from an independent, third-party laboratory (HPLC/MS).
- Accreditation: The testing laboratory must be an accredited analytical facility. Reports from “home-testing” kits, anecdotal observations, or AI-generated documentation will not be accepted as valid evidence.
- Sample Integrity: The compound tested must be from the original, unopened vacuum-seal provided by [Your Lab Name]. Once a vial has been reconstituted or used in an experiment, it is no longer eligible for analytical dispute.
9. Documentation Fraud Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent documentation. Any attempt to submit altered, falsified, or AI-generated laboratory reports will result in:
- Immediate and permanent termination of the Buyer’s research account.
- Reporting of the incident to the relevant laboratory database to prevent future analytical fraud.
- Total forfeiture of any pending orders or refund requests.
