1. Material Stability & Handling
All chemical compounds supplied by Noctis Labs are shipped in a lyophilized (freeze-dried) state. This state ensures maximum molecular stability during transit. To maintain the integrity of the research materials, all vials are vacuum-sealed and protected from UV light exposure.
2. Dispatch & Chain of Custody
- Processing: Orders are typically processed for dispatch within 24–48 hours of laboratory verification.
- Neutral Packaging: To ensure the secure transfer of sensitive materials and to prevent unauthorized interception, all materials are shipped in standardized, neutral laboratory packaging. There is no mention of “Peptides,” specific compound names, or “Healthcare” on the exterior of the parcel.
- Tracking: Once the chain of custody is transferred to the logistics carrier, a tracking number will be provided for research monitoring purposes.
3. International & Regional Logistics
We facilitate the transfer of research materials globally.
- Customs & Regulatory Compliance: The Buyer (the Researcher) is solely responsible for ensuring that the importation of these materials complies with their local and regional regulations.
- Import Risk: Noctis Labs operates as a laboratory supplier and is not responsible for materials delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities or border agencies (e.g., Australian Border Force).
- No Reship Policy: Due to the “Research Use Only” nature of our products, we do not offer reships or refunds for items detained by regulatory bodies. By placing an order, the researcher accepts full liability for the importation process.
4. Receiving & Storage
Upon successful delivery, it is the researcher’s responsibility to transfer the materials to a controlled environment immediately.
- Short-term storage: 2°C – 8°C (Refrigeration)
- Long-term storage: -20°C (Deep Freeze)
- Note: Once the package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the risk of loss or degradation due to environmental exposure (e.g., heat) transfers entirely to the Buyer.
